Michael John Knowles is an American conservative political commentator who has been affiliated with The Daily Wire since 2016 and hosts The Michael Knowles Show. At the 2023 Conservative Political Action Conference he called for "transgenderism" to be "eradicated from public life entirely," comments widely cited by civil-rights groups as eliminationist rhetoric directed at transgender Americans. He has continued to make anti-LGBTQ public statements and to argue against legal protections for transgender people in the United States.
