Megyn Marie Kelly is an American journalist and political commentator who hosted programs on Fox News from 2004 to 2017 and on NBC from 2017 to 2018. Her NBC career ended after she defended on-air the appropriateness of white people wearing blackface for Halloween, comments that drew widespread condemnation and a $69 million settlement to terminate her three-year contract. Earlier she had publicly insisted that both Jesus Christ and Santa Claus "just are" white, and helped legitimize Donald Trump's birther narrative against Barack Obama on Fox News.
