Jeanine Ferris Pirro is an American television host and lawyer who has served as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia since 2025, after years as host of Justice with Judge Jeanine on Fox News and as a co-host of The Five. She was an original signer of and prominent television booster for Donald Trump's stolen-election claims, and was a named defendant in the Smartmatic and Dominion defamation lawsuits over Fox News' broadcasts of false 2020 election fraud allegations. She earlier served as Westchester County district attorney and as a New York County Court judge.
