dead
Aleksei Nikolayevich Leontiev was a Soviet developmental psychologist and philosopher who built on the work of Lev Vygotsky to develop activity theory, a framework that conceives human consciousness and behavior as emerging from culturally mediated, goal-directed activity within social contexts. His work continues to influence cognitive science, education research, and human-computer interaction.
