Aaron Charles Rodgers is an American professional football quarterback regarded as one of the most physically talented passers in NFL history, with four NFL Most Valuable Player awards. In 2021 he publicly told reporters he had been "immunized" against COVID-19 when he had in fact only used homeopathic alternatives; after testing positive he attacked Fauci, vaccine mandates, and mainstream medicine in a series of media appearances. He has continued to amplify conspiracy theories about vaccines, the September 11 attacks, and the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, drawing condemnation from victims' families.
