Artist Julius Dubose, known professionally as A Boogie wit da Hoodie, is an American rapper from the Bronx whose melodic, mumble-influenced flow helped define New York hip-hop in the late 2010s. His 2017 debut album The Bigger Artist and its follow-up Hoodie SZN (2018)—which reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200—established him as one of the most commercially successful rappers of his generation. Subsequent releases including Artist 2.0 and Me vs. Myself have continued to chart in the top tier of the U.S. albums chart.
